Marcela Mendoza
Marcela has been a virtual assistant since 2019. She started her journey at a fee-only RIA managing back-office tasks, which sparked her interest in the financial planning and online servicing world. She works closely with advisors providing client services, helping standardize and implement processes, and managing operational tasks. When she is not at her desk, she is spending time with her family and dogs, or traveling to the beach.
Val Mendoza
Val Mendoza has worked closely with financial advisors for the past five years, and has provided coaches and businesses with administrative support. She specializes in improving operational tasks, document preparation, the onboarding process and providing support to clients. She has a Bachelor of Science in Women’s Studies, and is studying towards her Series 65 certification. Val loves photography and learning new
languages during her free time. She speaks both English and Spanish. She also loves to travel and learning more about different cultures.
